What area do you cover?

What does the $89 include?
The $89 includes getting a qualified plumber to your property and spending 30 minutes clearing your drain. We will use all sorts of tools and tricks that you may not have ever seen to clear the blockage. Some of our rod plungers can be 10 metres long! This includes special plungers, drain rods, augers, electric eels and, more importantly, the plumber's knowledge and experience in where to start and what to do!
What is it doesn't clear in that time?
Although we do our best, there are times when we can't get it to clear within the first 30 minutes! But don't worry; we can always find a solution in the end. When this happens, we will advise you that we need a bit more time; other times, if it's a bad blockage, we will need to bring in bigger and more powerful equipment. With this, we would give you the options once we have seen all the variables, such as the size of the drain, depth of the drain, location of the drain, and the cause of the blockage and then quote the pricing upfront. You then can simply choose what you would like to do.
Does this offer include Stormwater Drains?
Yes it does! We use slightly different equipment but we can definitely help to remedy flooding in yards, or blocked downpipes and stopping water going into places it shouldn't.
